"Utility" components in Instrumental Components are miscellaneous pieces of functionality and code that sit somewhere in between front-end UI components and back-end Rails code.
Each is a handy tool you can reach for whenever needed. These are often used as part of the other components—particularly the "App" components that Instrumental Components provides.
